About Us

We are a family run business based in South Yorkshire.
Chris, the brains behind White Rose Garden Games, is a talented carpenter who has created 90% of our apparatus himself.
As a family, we embrace quality time together through game play and team work. It teaches our children to communicate, enables parents to strengthen their bonds and let’s face it, it’s just fun!
We launched White Rose Garden Games so that we could forward that feeling of ‘togetherness’ onto other families and friends too.So if you’re looking for a fun, interactive and memorable activity for your next big event then please get in touch!We cover most areas so please contact us for a quotation.

Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes! We offer FREE delivery within a 30 mile radius of Barnsley, South Yorkshire.Q. How long is the hire period?
A. Standard hire of any of our packages is 24 hours. If you need to hire for a full weekend this is something we can accommodate depending on availability.Q. Do you need a deposit?
A. Yes, 50% deposit is needed to secure the booking.Q. When should I pay my balance?
A. We require balance in full no later than 7 days prior to your hire date.Q. When is my booking secured ?
A. Your booking is only secured once deposit is received and confirmation sent. No dates are held until confirmation and payment is made.Q. What happens if I need to cancel?
A. Cancellations will be accepted up to 28 days prior to your hire date.
Cancellations within the 28 days prior to your booking will still be billed at 50% of the total booking, and the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.Q. Are your dance-floor slippers cleaned?
A. Each event that makes use of our free dance-floor slippers will receive fresh, hygienically clean clippers for their guests.Q. What happens if we accidentally break a game or lose pieces?
A. We know accidents happen, this is why we're fully insured to cover replacements - however, we do ask that all equipment is treated with respect to ensure the safety of all guests in attendance.Q. What if it rains?
A. Ah the great British weather - unpredictable and always changing. With this in mind, we expect that all bookings are placed knowing that the risk of rain is possible and our usual cancellation policy will still apply. We recommend ensuring there is an alternative area to place your games; either indoors or under cover so guests can still enjoy the entertainment.
